Would you mind introducing yourselves and giving us a brief summary of your project?

Sure, I will start with a brief summary of the project and then we will introduce ourselves…

BSCCROP is the first freelance services marketplace on the Blockchain.
This will be the platform where business and blockchain people meet to collaborate and build teams for emerging projects.
We are essentially Fiverr or Upwork on the blockchain with reduced fees and an expanded environment for people to collaborate on projects.
We have a detailed plan on how to build our community and ecosystem. This plan will focus on community building and developing an efficient ecosystem.

My name is Damon Willis, CEO and Co-Founder of BSCCROP. I’ll give you a brief professional background on me.
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wyoming where I studied Social Science and became fascinated with humanity’s ability to create and innovate, which we are all seeing play out in the Blockchain world.
Next, I received a full-ride scholarship to attend graduate school at Clark Atlanta University and received my Masters in Business Degree and was president of the Business school.
I also have another Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and I am in the Dissertation stage of a Doctoral program in Business at North Central University
My work experience is extensive specializing in Finance, Sales & Marketing and Strategy. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies and large public organizations which have allowed me to manage 9 figure portfolios and drive Strategic plans to reach desired outcomes.
I began my foray into Blockchain as an investor about 3 years ago and I became fascinated with the rapid innovation taking place along with its potential to change the world
I know that’s quite a bit of information but Bradley who is our COO, can you please introduce yourself as well?

Hello Everyone. My name is Bradley Gilbeaux and I am the COO of BSCCROP. Damon and I have been working together since getting our MBA’s at Clark Atlanta University
I have spent the last 10 years in procurement and analytics consulting and have working with multiple fortune 500 companies, state, local and federal governments and a multitude of other entities. My professional career has been based on process improvement and providing value to my customers.
Damon and I are excited to bring our 20+ years of business expertise to the blockchain.

There were a myriad of reasons but here are a few things that we really admire about BSCStarter:
1. Very experienced and professional team
2. Phenomenal platform which focuses on safety and efficiency for investors

4. Continuous improvement oriented ecosystem which is why you are making improvements and launching V3

So let’s get into some of the details about your project.

You stated that you’d essentially be like Fiverr or Upwork but on for the blockchain. Can you tell us what led to this idea?
Damon Willis
Absolutely!
We noticed that Fiverr and Upwork had identified a great opportunity to create freelance platforms to bring talent in one place.
However, we noticed that fees were very high for freelancers, paying between 10% — 20% in fees.
We realized we could create something that is cheaper and faster than the current platforms and more transparent.
This is a huge market, in fact Fiverr and Upwork alone make up a 12 Billion dollar market cap.

Absolutely. We have experienced the struggle of finding quality talent in the past when it comes to different business ventures. We also understand the necessity to be able to acquire the talent you need that have the skill sets that you need in a quick and cost-effective way
During the creation of BSCCROP, we had to source resources from all over the globe. Having a space dedicated to quality and qualified blockchain talent would have made the creation of BSCCROP easier. We will bring the advantages Damon spoke about and more to those projects that come after us.

Wow, this is a very innovative idea. I don’t believe I’ve seen a project like yours yet in this space.

So I know you can’t give us all your plans for building and development but can you talk to us about some of your starting steps?
BSCCROP
Of course. We have a detailed roadmap of all of our plans on our website however, our staking and farming platforms which are geared towards driving utility for our holders is currently under development and is scheduled to be available in time for our public listing on pancakeswap
We also have planned an aggressive marketing campaign designed to ensure BSCCROP success for a long time to come
Last but most important is the development of our freelance services ecosystem. We will be delivering a real-world product to the blockchain that will not only foster innovation but will provide real value to BSCCROP holders. Gone are the days of tokens with no real use-case or utility, BSCCROP will begin the wave of bringing real-world solutions to the blockchain.

Of course. Damon and I bring 20+ years of business experience to the table. In addition, we have the CEO and COO of BakeryTools as our advisors to guide us in a positive direction as we grow.
We also have a global team that had proven blockchain experience. Our development and marketing partners such as BSCDaily will allow us to grow at a sustainable rate for years to come!

What does purchasing your token mean for them?

Great question!
Damon Willis
Well first, our token is deflationary with a 1 % burn per transaction, which is a great incentive to drive value for investors
Next, we have a great staking program for the first year! Staking rewards are 4% monthly and 48% annually
We also have great farming incentives that you can check out on the website.
The token can be used to buy or sell freelance services and in some cases avoid currency exchange issues and challenges
Lastly, our token will allow you to participate in new projects that launch on our platform

One more thing…
Our total supply is 21 million tokens with an initial supply of a little over 3.5 million tokens. Great opportunity for price discovery for early investors.

Token burning is beneficial for any project, as it controls the amount of token circulation and provides greater incentives to investors. Does your great KeyFi project have plans for burning tokens in the future? and what is the method of burning it? Thank you

Yes, we do have a token burn feature for our project.
There will be a 1% burn on all transactions until the total supply reaches 14 million tokens.

You see the potential of freelance services, but to put it bluntly — it’s irregular, unstructured, unpaid work for (usually) ungrateful clients! Too much or too little — Being a freelancer is always a game of extremes. So how do we ensure fairness for all freelancers and not just clients on the platform?

That is an amazing question and I love it. Part of the source of this project is the own personal struggles when it comes to freelancing. To make sure the platform is fair we will include two-way reviews, fair payment systems will lower transaction fees by 3% and more access to quality projects for those on our platform who perform the best
BSCCROP is invested in the success of ALL of its users, not just its customers.

We have an aggressive marketing campaign which includes various influencers, marketers and outlets to make sure that the world knows about the value that BSCCROP is bringing.
In addition, we are a public team that has two audits to prevent against rugpulls. Our desire to be public allows for increased trust in the community.

We are targeting those who are looking to provide their freelance services in a way that is the most beneficial to them and their customers. We are also targeting those individuals, like ourselves, who are looking for access to blockchain talent with specific requirements and expertise.

The traditional system has a few problems.
1. Its current fee structure is unfriendly to freelance service providers
2. The current system does not allow for specific expertise in blockchain technology
3. The current system is not user friendly and flexible
BSCCROP will address all of these issues while providing increased token utility and returns for its holders.
